A new ice machine with stainless steel parts should arrive within 2 weeks. Future events include spring break next week. The marina is already experiencing a surge in crowds on the weekends. A tenant reached out to Mr. Dunlap stating his boat ran aground outside the gap. Mr. Atwood explained unique circumstances may have caused the boat to run aground.
