options, with Faraday Electric Motors, LLC, of Corpus Christi, in an amount not to exceed
$1,191,995.00 and a potential amount up to $1,986,658.33 if options are exercised, for
pump motor and clutch repairs/replacement needed at various locations for Corpus
Christi Water, with FY 2024 funding of $165,554.86 from the Water Fund.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), herebycertify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money
required for the current fiscal year s portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure
described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be
drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
