an emergency measure rather than a two reading ordinance; or may modify the action
specified.

Resolution amending City Council Policy 28 which outlines the guidelines
for awarding contracts when projects are bid with both concrete and
asphalt pavement and approving pavement design recommendations for
the Bond 2022 Street projects.
