MEETING MINUTES
Friday, 08 March 2024, at 3:00 p.m.

A. Call to Order at: Jeannine Leal at 3:00 p.m.
B. Roll Call of Members: Allison Vela, at 3.05 p.m.
a. Attendees: Jeannine, SCP Director; Stephanie, Allison, Gary, and Kathy, Volunteer Representative.
b. Absent: Ericka and Joann/excused.
C. Public Comment:
a. None
D. Approval of Minutes: Minutes are approved as presented.
E. Staff Reports:
a. SCP Program update and overview
b. RSVP Program Update: Erika could not attend to present Program Update Information.
F. Unfinished Business:
a. No Unfinished Business brought forward.
G. New Business for Discussion and Possible Action
a. SCP will be attending the National Convening in Baltimore, Maryland, in July.
b. RSVP Program Updates: no update
F. SET NEXT MEETING / ADJOURNMENT.
a. The next meeting is set for 05 April 2024, 3:00 p.m., at the Oveal Williams Senior Center
Conference Room.
b. Meeting adjourned 3:43 p.m.
