CONSTRUCTION AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
This is an amendment to the Wastewater Lift Station Construction and Reimbursement
Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, document number 2021028925,
originally dated May 18, 2021, by and between: The Mostaghasi Investment Trust DBA Sun
George Contracting Company and the City of Corpus Christi.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the Parties agree
to amend the Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement, Section 5 as follows:
5. DEVELOPER/OWNER TO COMPLETE IMPROVEMENTS.
Developer shall award a contract and complete the Wastewater Improvements
under the approved plans and specifications by May 18, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain effective and in full force.
