THE CORPUS CHRISTI B CORPORATION AND TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY— CORPUS CHRISTI
RE: LONE STAR UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS CENTER
The CORPUS CHRISTI B CORPORATION, hereinafter referred to as the Corporation, and TEXAS A&M
UNIVERSITY — CORPUS CHRISTI, hereinafter referred to as "TAMU-CC," do hereby make and enter
into this amendment (the "Amendment") which, together with the Business Incentive Agreement
with an effective date of September 2021 (the "Agreement") and all other duly executed
amendments, constitutes the entire agreement between the Corporation and Texas A&M University
— Corpus Christi RE: LONE STAR UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS CENTER.
Section 3. Performance Requirements and Conditions, paragraph f is hereby deleted in its entirety
and replaced with the following language:
"f. TAMU-CC will complete all construction of the Project and obtain a permanent Certificate
of Occupancy from the City's Development Services Department by June 30, 2025."
The Corporation and the City agree to and shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the original
Agreement and any amendments to that Agreement, to the extent they are not in conflict with the
terms of this Agreement.
