Motion authorizing the execution of a one-year supply agreement, with two one-year
options, with ACT Pipe & Supply, of Corpus Christi, in an amount not to exceed
$317,614.90. and a potential amount up to $952,844.70 if options are exercised, for
the purchase of brass service water fittings for the Corpus Christi Water Department,
with FY 2024 funding of $105,871.63 from the Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 6/18/2024, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
