Austin, Texas to provide design, bid, and construction phase services for the
Hillcrest Aquatic Center in an amount not to exceed $600,000.00, located in Council
District 1 with FY 2024 funding available from Park and Rec 2024 Certificate of
Obligation funds.
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) administratively allocates the approved
Capital Budget into discrete projects that are planned during each fiscal year.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Capital Improvement Program Plan is amended to add the Harbor
Bridge Mitigation — Hillcrest Aquatic Center Project (Number 24416).
SECTION 2. A professional services contract is authorized with Kimley-Horn in an
amount not to exceed $600,000 to provide design, bid and construction phase services
for the Hillcrest Aquatic Center.
