an emergency measure rather than a two reading ordinance; or may modify the action
specified.

ordinances of a routine or administrative nature. The Council has been furnished with
background and support material on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a

items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence

increase in the Immunization/Locals (IMM/LOCALS) Grant from the

program for children, adolescents, and adults, to include COVID 19
vaccines when requested by patients, utilizing four existing grant positions
