Excused: 3 - Chair Melody H. Cooper, Charles Harris, and Heather Moretzsohn
Public Comment
Approval of Minutes and Action on Absences

Committee Reports
Agen - Heather and West will provide outlines for their presentations before next meeting;
Charles is not going, Councilwoman Campos will be going instead; Everyone will send
Wendy their travel information.
Yokosuka - February 26th Council Meeting the Lexington Museum will present the Mayor
with gift from Yokosuka
Veracruz - Invitation from Mayor Guajardo is being finalized and will be sent; Val will get
hte specs for the photo exchange.
Student Exchange - four students have been selected and will be notified
Fundraiser - Event raised $8000 for scholarships; funds are being held by UCCC and will

be disbursed for reimbursement upon our instruction
