A. Call To Order
Meeting was called to order by Melody Cooper at 12:01 pm
B. Roll Call
Present: 8 - Chair Melody H. Cooper, Adria Vasquez, Arthur Wallace, Vice Chair Luis F. Cabrera,
Susane "Westi" Horn, Mourad Hasbaoui, Charles Harris, and Heather Moretzsohn
Excused: 1 - Valerie Harbolovic
C. Public Comment
None
D. Approval of Minutes and Action on Absences
Motion to accept: Mourad, second Westie. Passed unanimously.
E. Committee Reports
Agen: Itinerary updated; gifts given to committee except for the large Aloe Tile.
Veracruz: Invitation was sent but has not been confirmed.
Budget: Agreed to increase student scholarship to $1500. Motion made by Luis,
second by Westie. Unanimously approved.
Student Exchange: will meet to start planning the summer activities.
