and Rehabilitation Program Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas
Department of Transportation to add sidewalks and bicycle lanes to the
Yorktown Mud Bridge Project with the City's contribution of $2,000,000.00
cash and $1,158.184.00 in in -kind project structural improvement work,
appropriating $2,000,000.00 from the Storm Water Fund to the Storm

Reimbursement Agreement up to $1,978,937.16 with MPM Development
to construct a wastewater trunk line for the proposed residential
development located off the northwest side of Haven Dr. and Warrior Rd.
intersection, also known as Haven Subdivision, requiring construction
completion within 24 months; and authorizing future transfer and
appropriation of Water and Wastewater Trust Fund revenue up to
$1,978,937.16 to reimbursement the developer in accordance with the
