Motion authorizing execution of a one-year supply agreement, with two one-year options,
with Polydyne, Inc., of Riceboro, Georgia, in an amount not to exceed $1,119,400.00 and
a potential up to $3,358,200.00 if options are exercised, for liquid cationic polymer to be
used for treatment in the potable drinking water process at the O.N. Stevens Water
Treatment Plant, with FY2024 funding of $186,566.67 from the Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 7/23/2024, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
