A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

24-1353 a. Commendation honoring published author Summer Bischoff.
b. Commendation recognizing Benjamin's Surf & Skate for their service to
our community for over 40 years.
c. Commendation honoring Prax Morgan as a two-time Pinto World Public
Speaking Champion.
