WHEREAS, on January 30, 2024, the City Council adopted water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plans; WHEREAS, Texas Local Government Code §395.047 requires a municipality to adopt a resolution establishing a public hearing date to discuss the imposition of impact fees; and WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing will be provided according to Texas Local Government Code §395.049. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: S ECTION 1. The facts and matters outlined in the preamble of this Resolution are hereby found to be true and correct. S ECTION 2.
