REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
This is an amendment to the Distribution Main Extension Construction and Reimbursement
Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof originally dated August 1, 2023,
by and between: Devonshire Custom Homes, Inc. and the City of Corpus Christi.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the Parties agree
to amend the Distribution Main Extension Construction and Reimbursement Agreement,
Section 6. as follows:
6. DEVELOPER/OWNER TO AWARD CONTRACT FOR IMPROVEMENTS.
The Developer/Owner shall award a contract and complete the Distribution Main
Extension under the approved plans and specifications by August 1, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain effective and in full force.
EXECUTED IN ONE ORIGINAL and made effective this 154 day ofAsa-
2024.
