A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

24-1539 a. Proclamation declaring September 8, 2024, as "International Literacy
Day."
b. Proclamation declaring the month of September, 2024 as, " National
Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month."
c. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee and Corporation Members.
