ORDINANCE
Adopting the Corpus Christi Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Capital
Budget in the amount of $1,008,689,147.00 as amended by the
schedule of adjustments, beginning October 1, 2024.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Year 2024 — 2025 Capital Budget in the amount of
$1,008,689,147.00 is hereby adopted, subject to the attached Schedule of
Adjustments. A copy of the Fiscal Year 2024 — 2025 Capital Budget and Capital
Improvement Program Planning Guide will be filed in the Office of the City
Secretary
SECTION 2. Upon passage of this ordinance, certain sums of money from the
sources identified in the planning guide, shall be and are appropriated to cover the
sums for expenditures as provided for each of the several funds in the Capital
Budget.
