A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open,public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.
A. Ceremonial Items
24-1760 a. Commendation honoring Johnnie Marley from Carl O. Hamlin Middle
School as Mayor's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring the month of October 2024, as "National
Chiropractic Health Month."
c. Commendation recognizing Adopt-a-Park Partners for their volunteer
service to our community.
