A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a

24-1783 a. Commendation honoring the Flour Bluff High School Sailing Team for
their advancement to the Allstate Sugar Bowl, Great Oaks National
Invitational.
b. Proclamation declaring October 29, 2024, as "Walk to End Alzheimer's
Day."
c. Commendation honoring TAMU-CC student athletes, Ryann Phillips&
Giuliana Poletti Corrales for their exceptional achievement in qualifying for
the Olympics.
