Corpus Christi, Texas, in an amount up to $7,827,277.00 for design and construction of
Industrial Park Roadway Improvements with new concrete pavement, curbs and gutters,
sidewalks with ADA compliant curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, upgraded street
illumination, and utilities improvements, located in Council District 5 with FY 2025 funding
available from Street B Corp, Street 2024 CO, Storm Water, Water, Wastewater, and Gas
Capital Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a Design -Build
Agreement with Mako Contracting, LLC for the design and construction of Industrial Park
Roadway Improvements in the amount of $7,827,277.
