the Dr. H.C. Dilworth Park Pavilion project in an amount not to exceed $202,754.50 for
the installation of a new steel pavilion building structure with exterior Tight fixtures located
in Council District 2 with funding available from FY 2024 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) Program Funds. (6 votes required)

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
