BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Corpus Christi FY2024-2025 Capital Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
032856 is amended to appropriate $140,411,197 and increase revenues and expenditures
by $140,411,197 due to the addition of 38 Bond 2024 projects to the Capital Improvement
Planning Guide, shown in Exhibit A.
