WITH AL DODDS AVIATION, CC
This Amendment No. 1 amends the Lease Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi
("City"), acting by and through its Director of Aviation, and Al Dodds Aviation, LLC ("Lessee")
regarding the Premises located at 514 Hangar Lane, Corpus Christi,Texas.
NOW THEREFORE THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1) Section 1 is amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Premises. City leases to the Lessee a portion of the real property and existing
improvements as depicted in the attached Exhibits A and B ("Premises"), such exhibits
being incorporated by reference into this Lease as if fully set out here in their entireties,
and which is physically located at 514 Hangar Lane, Corpus Christi,Texas. The
premises include the ground floor offices marked OFC-1, OFC-2, OFC-3, OFC-7, OFC-
8, OFC-9, OFC-10, and the office marked General Manager within the East General
Aviation Office-5 Building ("EGA-OF-5")totaling approximately 2,774.40 square feet,
which is further depicted in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference. The Premises also indue the Apron area show in Exhibit B, which is
approximately 1,601.56 square feet in size and may be used for temporary aircraft
parking; Parking Lot 1, which is approximately 966.06 square feet in size; and Parking
Lot 2, which is approximately 1,275.00 square feet in size and may be used for vehicle
parking."
2) Section 5 is amended to read as follows:
"Section 5. City and Lessee Representatives.The Aviation Director is the City's
representative to receive all rent, notices and reports due under the Lease. The contact
person for the Lessee is Al Dodds."
3) All other terms and conditions of the previously executed Lease between he parties which
are not inconsistent with this Amendment shall continue in full force and effect.
