A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a

take any Council action on any items discussed.

d. Proclamation recognizing March 7, 14, & 21, 2025 as, "Fill -the -Boot for
the Muscular Dystrophy Association Days."
