A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be
considered an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as
a governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or
otherwise take any Council action on any items discussed.
A. Ceremonial Items
25-0398 a. Commendation honoring Whitney Copeland from Metro Elementary
School of Design as Mayor's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation recognizing March 1-June 15, and August 15-
November 30, 2025, as "Light's Out, Corpus Christi Nights!"
c. Proclamation declaring March 18, 2025, as "The 40th Anniversary of
Brookdale Trinity Towers."
d. Proclamation recognizing the month of March 2025 as, "National
Social Work Month."
e. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee, and Corporation Members.
