Motion authorizing the purchase of 40 additional and 10 replacement Panasonic mobile
data computers with dash camera systems from Turn -Key Mobile, Inc, of Jefferson City,
Missouri, through the Texas Department of Information Resources, for the Corpus Christi
Police Department in the amount of $878,300.00, with FY 2025 funding in the amount of
$737,772.00 from the Fleet Equipment Replacement Fund and $140,528.00 from the
Crime Control and Prevention District Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 3/18/2025, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
