Ceremonial Items
25-0498 a. Commendation honoring Leon Avelar from Harold C. Kaffie Middle
School as Mayor's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring the month of April 2025 as "Earth Month" and
April 12, 2025, as "Earth Day -Bay Day."
c. Proclamation declaring April 8, 2025, as "The 25th Anniversary of the
First Child Admitted to the Ark Day."
d. Commendation honoring the Flour Bluff High School Swim and Dive
teams as the District 29- 5A & Region 8 Champions.
