Motion to approve the Affordable Housing Program project between the Corpus Christi B
Corporation (Type B) and TG 110 Palms at Morris, LP in an amount not to exceed
$1,160,100.00 for the development of 72 affordable senior housing rental units located at
Morris and 19th Streets, in Council District 1, which will provide low-income housing for
senior residents.
At a meeting of the City Council on 4/8/2025, this Motion was passed.

which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
