University - Corpus Christi (TAMUCC) in an amount of up to $125,551.00 for
performing air quality monitoring services through December 31, 2025, with
funding from a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Air
Quality grant.
Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement in an amount not to exceed $125,551.00 with Texas A&M
University -Corpus Christi for air quality monitoring service. A copy of the agreement is on
file in the Office of the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
