A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

25-0664 a. Proclamation declaring the month of May 2025, as, "Motorcycle Safety
and Awareness Month."
b. Commendation honoring Marisa Lanzener from Roy Miller High School
as Mayor's Teacher of the Month.
c. Proclamation declaring May 6-12, 2025, as, "National Nurses Week."
d. Proclamation declaring the month of May 2025, as, "Foster Care
Awareness Month."
e. Proclamation declaring May 4-10, 2025, as, "Professional Municipal
Clerks Week."
