Motion awarding a construction contract to Crawford Henrichson & Crawford LLC
Addison, TX, for the Fire Department Resource Center Phase II project in an amount not
to exceed $3,041,742.00 for the addition of two apparatus bays, and a multipurpose
space for Fire Department personnel training and storage, located in Council District 3
with FY 2025 funding available from the Certificates of Obligations and G.O. Bond 2022.
At a meeting of the City Council on 5/6/2025, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
