Motion authorizing a Real Estate Sales Contract with Bapo Land, Inc. for the purchase of
approximately 250 acres of land known as Sutherland Ranch near the intersection of FM
666 and FM 624 (which may also be described as 250.116 acre tract out of the Vicente
Lopez Herrera Portion of the Barranco Blanco Grant) near Bluntzer, in Nueces County,
Texas, in an amount not to exceed $2,133,500.
At a meeting of the City Council on 6/10/2025, this E-Session Item was passed after executive
session.
