Motion to authorize the execution of a two-year order form with Infor US, Inc., in the
amount of $262,500.00 for the purchase of additional user software licenses for Finance
and Human Resources, with FY 2025 funding of $131,250.00 from the Information
Technology Fund.

or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
