A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be
considered an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as
a governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or
otherwise take any Council action on any items discussed.

25-0983 a. Proclamation declaring July 4, 2025, as, "48th Annual Mayor
Guajardo's 4th of July Big Bang Celebration."
b. Commendation honoring the sponsors of the Big Bang Celebration.
c. Proclamation declaring the month of July 2025, as, "Park and
Recreation Month."
d. Proclamation declaring the month of July 2025, as, "Watch Your Car
Month."
