Wastewater Treatment Plant in lieu of$236,955.00 administrative penalty
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Agreed
Order with Texas Commission of Environmental Quality in Docket No. 2021-0986-
MWD-E which allows for improvements at Oso Wastewater Treatment Plant in
lieu of $236,955.00 administrative penalty. A copy of the proposed Agreed Order is
attached in substantial form as Exhibit A.
Section 2. The City Manager's designee, the Chief Operating Officer for Corpus Christi
Water, is authorized to sign and submit all notices and certifications to demonstrate
compliance with the terms of the Agreed Order.
