Chairman Mike Pusley to call the meeting to order. Chairman Pusley called the meeting to order at 9:34 a.m. B. City Secretary Rebecca Huerta to call roll of the Corporation Directors. City Secretary Rebecca Huerta called the roll and verified that a quorum of the Board was present to conduct the meeting. Present 10 - Board Member Roland Barrera, Board Member Paulette Guajardo, Board Member Gil Hernandez, Board Member Michael Hunter, Board Member Mike Pusley, Board Member James Sedwick, Board Member Jim Klein, Board Member Dan Suckley, Board Member Everett Roy, and Board Member Sylvia Campos Absent 2 - Board Member Connie Scott, and Board Member Rudy Garza C. PUBLIC COMMENT: Chairman Pusley referred to Public Comment. There were no comments from the public. D. MINUTES: (NONE) E. FINANCIAL REPORT: (NONE) F. EXECUTIVE SESSION ITEMS: 1. 23-1359 Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the TIRZ #3 project and financing plans, the TIRZ #3 interlocal agreement with the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District, Chapter 311 of the Texas Tax Code, Chapter 375 of the Texas Local Government Code, and/or the TIRZ #3 budget. Chairman Pusley referred to Item 1. Board Member Barrera moved to table this item, seconded by Board Member Hernandez. AGENDA ITEMS: 2. 23-1350 Motion authorizing Amendment No. 9 to the Downtown Development Reimbursement Agreement with The 600 Building, LLC for the property located at 600 Leopard Street which provides a one-year extension that the Developer must complete the project before June 30, 2025, and increases the permit rebate by $45,000. Chairman Pusley referred to Item 2. Executive Director of Downtown Management District (DMD) Alyssa Barrera Mason presented information on the following topics: 600 Building; increasing TIRZ #3 projects in uptown; firm history; Wisznia Developments; and typical residential floor plan. There were no questions from the Board Members. Board Member Barrera moved to approve the motion, seconded by Board Member Hunter. This Motion was passed and approved with the following vote: Aye: 10 - Board Member Roland Barrera, Board Member Paulette Guajardo, Board Member Gil Hernandez, Board Member Michael Hunter, Board Member Mike Pusley, Board Member James Sedwick, Board Member Jim Klein, Board Member Dan Suckley, Board Member Everett Roy, and Board Member Sylvia Campos Absent: 2 - Board Member Connie Scott, and Board Member Rudy Garza Abstained: 0 H.
