A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be
considered an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as
a governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or
otherwise take any Council action on any items discussed.

25-1162 a. Proclamation declaring the month of July 2025, as, "Minority Mental
Health Awareness Month."
b. Introduction of Sister City Student Exchange Participants & City Gift

c. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee, and Corporation Members.
