Consider and act on amending the decorum of public comment to allow commentors the
ability to ask questions with the understanding that the mayor, council and staff shall not
answer any questions during the public comment period, as requested by Council
Members Kaylynn Paxson, Gil Hernandez, and Carolyn Vaughn.
