Motion authorizing a professional services contract with J. Schwarz & Associates of
Odem, Texas to provide design, bid, and construction phase services for the Twin
36-inch & McBride Wastewater Lines to the Oso Wastewater Reclamation Plant
Rehabilitation Project in an amount up to $604,650.00, located in Council Districts 1 and
4, with FY 2025 funding available from the Wastewater Capital Fund.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
