Ordinance authorizing an amendment to the lease with Al Dodds Aviation,
LLC to amend the term to add two one-year renewals and add an escalation
of the base rent by 3% per annum.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
City Manager or designee is authorized to execute Amendment No. 2 to the lease with Al
Dodds Aviation, LLC to amend the term to add two one-year mutual renewals and add an
escalation of the base rent by 3% per annum upon renewal.
