Motion to approve an agreement with The Boston Group, LLC (TBG) for the construction
and acceptance of improvements of Wranosky Park, located at 422 Graham Road, to
allow construction of parking lot and related mobility improvements, with City funding not
to exceed $111,000.00 from the Parks Capital Improvement Fund.

which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
