City Manager Peter Zanoni, Assistant City Manager Heather Hurlbert, Director Edmonds, Assistant Director of CCW Kamil Taras, Director of Finance Sergio Villasana, and Director of Water Systems and Support Services Nick Winkelmann, responded to Council questions.
