District Board of Directors.
WHEREAS, five directors are appointed to the Nueces County Appraisal District
Board of Directors by the participating taxing units in the manner prescribed by Texas
Property Tax Code §6.03;
WHEREAS, there will be two vacant positions due to terms ending December 31,
2025;
WHEREAS, each taxing unit may nominate one candidate for each position to be
filled on the board of directors pursuant to Texas Property Tax Code §6.0301; and
WHEREAS, the City Council met in open session to consider nominees for the
Board of Directors of the Nueces County Appraisal District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The person(s) listed herein are nominated for an Appointed Place on the
Nueces County Appraisal District Board of Directors for a term beginning January 1, 2026.

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
