NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a construction contract with Gerke Excavating, Inc. for reconstruction of Starlite Lane, from Violet Road to Leopard Street, in the amount of $12,563,957.74.
