Motion authorizing three change orders with Bay Ltd. of Corpus Christi for the Residential
Street Rebuild Program for FY 2026 to reconstruct residential streets as planned in the Rapid
Pavement Program in the amount of $3,000,000.00 each for a total amount up to
$9,000,000.00 for (1) Base Bid 2 for a restated contract amount up to $15,000,000.00, (2)
Base Bid 5 for a restated contract amount up to $15,000,000.00, and (3) Base Re -Bid 4 for a
restated contract amount up to $15,000,000.00, located city-wide, with FY26 funding available
from Residential Street Reconstruction Fund, Storm Water, Wastewater, Water and Gas
Capital Funds.
At a meeting of the City Council on 10/21/2025, this Motion was passed.
