LLC of Corpus Christi for the reconstruction of Castenon Street, from Trojan Drive
to Delgado Street, with new asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk,
driveways, signage, pavement markings, ADA ramps and utility improvements in
an amount up to $3,574,312.30, located in Council District 3 with FY 2026 funding
available from the Street Bond 2018, Storm Water, Water, Wastewater, and Gas
Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a construction contract with MAX
Underground Construction, LLC for reconstruction of Castenon Street, from Trojan Drive
to Delgado Street, in the amount of $3,574,312.30.
