A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be
considered an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as
a governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or
otherwise take any Council action on any items discussed.
A. Ceremonial Items
25-1740 a. Commendation honoring Ms. Sarai Garza from Rafael Galvan
Elementary School as Mayor's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring November 9-15, 2025, as "National Nurse
Practitioner Week."
c. Commendation honoring Pastor Steve Coronado from Solid Rock
Church for his distinguished 40 years of service and dedication to our
community.
