A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 25-1797 a. Proclamation declaring November 8, 2025, as "24/7 Dad Day."
b. Commendation honoring the Flour Bluff High School Tennis Team for
their historic State qualifying achievement in the program's history.

dedication and service to our community.
d. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee, and Corporation Members.
