TO THE PARKING LOT LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND SINISTER OFF ROAD, LLC
This Extension and Amendment No. 4 amends the Lease Agreement (Lease) between
the City of Corpus Christi (City) and Sinister Off Road, LLC (Lessee) regarding the lease
for a parking lot located at 1401 Leopard Street.
WHEREAS, the City and Sinister Off Road, LLC entered into a lease agreement for a
parking lot located at 1401 Leopard Street on November 18, 2020, and effective on
January 4, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City and Sinister Off Road, LLC wish to extend this lease for the fourth
of the four authorized one-year periods.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1) Section 1 of the Lease is amended to reflect the following:
The term of this Lease Extension is for one year, beginning on January 4, 2025.
2) Lessee agrees to continue to pay the sum of$300.00 per month as rent.
3) All other terms and conditions of the previously executed Lease and Amendments
thereto between the parties which are not inconsistent herewith shall continue in
full force and effect.
4) Parties agree and understand that this Lease expires on January 3, 2026, and is
the final extension under this Lease. Further, the Parties acknowledge and no
further extensions shall be granted by City
Each party to this Agreement has caused it to be executed on the date indicated below,
both of which hereby represent that the signatures to this Agreement, below, are of those
persons with the capacity and authority to legally bind the parties.
